I made an order on 07/07/2017 10:20 AM ET for transcript and I chose 3 days to be sent to my new school. They sent me an email on Jul 13 tells me there is hold on my account by the school, which is not.

I called the school and they told me there is no hold on your account but we cant process your transcript because you used the third party not the school system and I have to call the clearing house for more assistance. I called clearing house and they inform me they have no control over my order and they cannot check it or update it or even contact the school to see how they can help me. I ask for a refund and they refuse to refund my money. Today is 7/19/2017 which I lost almost 2 weeks because I used clearing house services.

All this beside the very bad customer service.

My advice is to use your school system to make any order is faster and safer. And my problem has been fixed by making the same order through the school system not clearing house.
